Oak-Aged Brett Beer featuring pressed Chardonnay grapes from Macari Vineyards

Our latest experiment at the intersection of wine, beer and local terroir. This beauteous Brett beer blossomed quickly. No complaints from us, because we get to share this with you much sooner than anticipated. We picked up the fruit from Macari Vineyards in the North Fork of Long Island during their 2019 harvest and co-fermented the beer and juice from Chardonnay grapes in our brand new Italian wine puncheon for 7 months.
Dry, mineral-forward, and ripe with notes of peach and apricot, it's hands down one of our favorite wine-beer hybrids brewed to date, and will continue to develop in the bottle for years to come.
