Pluots. We didn't make them up. They're a real fruit: a plum-apricot hybrid. HVB is known for using wild combinations of ingredients to make unique beers that pop, and we think this beer lives up to that rep.
Barrel-aged in wine casks for ~1 year and conditioned whole pluots for 3 months before bottling, ASFT Pluot Oak Aged Saison has a bright pink-purple color, big plum aroma and a smooth, tart finish. Sour beer lovers will appreciate this one.
