Bad Wallpaper is an interesting counterpart to Logical Conclusion given their respective hop blends. Logical features Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. We swap the Simcoe in Logical for Motueka in Bad Wallpaper. Whereas Simcoe is citrus-forward with a hint of pine, Motueka possesses lime leaf character that plays off Citra and Mosaic well.
Bad Wallpaper also features English malt, known for its honey-like flavor. We tweaked this batch and think we landed on the ideal recipe. This beer comes around once, max twice, per year, so grab it while you can. We hope you enjoy it, but if you don't, well, at least you're not stuck with it.
