A blend of roughly 70% sour ale brewed with top fermenting Rodenbach yeast and 30% aged Girardin lambic. Both funky and sour like traditional lambic, but with a fresher hop character. De Ranke is a small brewing project in West Flanders that specializes in traditional and experimental Belgian ales.
