Brewed with a base of the finest German heirloom barley malt along with German specialty toasted and caramel malts.  This heller bock undergoes a long traditional step mash to maximize malt quality before being hopped in the kettle with Spalter Select and a bit of Saphir near the end of the boil.  After fermentation, Folksbier lagers and spund's until proper maturation and carbonation is achieved.
