After brewing a Pale Ale with a rotating hop bill (Here Ya Go), we thought, why not do the same with IPA? Thus, There You Are was born.
This batch of features Citra, NZ Waimea, and El Dorado. Citra needs no introduction- it's a brewery and crowd favorite, one of the three hops we hand-select each year from farms in the Pacific Northwest. Ours is soft melon, mango-forward and oh-so-smooth. Waimea is a newer hop variety from New Zealand we were lucky to get our hands on. It's dank-forward, with tropical fruit notes like papaya and dragonfruit. El Dorado bridges the two together- it tastes a lot like gummy bears. The three combine in a hazy, soft beer with interesting waves of hop varieties that you don't see often in our portfolio.
Speaking of gummy bears, this batch of TYA tastes like the bag to the left of traditional mix that your friend grabs, and you're like, are you sure about that? Seems risky. They offer you some, and your life has changed. There you are, wondering how you've gone so long eating regular gummy bears when this tasty tropical melange was there The. Entire. Time.
