Tasting Notes: Eminently Drinkable, Spring Flowers, Honey Nectar, Balanced, New Standby
4 X 16 oz. cans
This is only our third time canning WMHB in our five-year career. It's the most subtle and restrained beer we make. It's the brewers' after-shift beer, the one we spend the most time talking about and tweaking. It was initially conceived as our "rite of passage" as a lager brewery, a study in brewing something stripped down yet evocative of our house yeast and favorite malts.
Joyous honey nectar character alongside floral notes makes it taste like spring in a glass. It should ideally be enjoyed at a BBQ, from a cooler by the case load.
